Preference will be given to graded stakes winners in 2023-24, graded stakes placed in 2023-24, non-restricted stakes winners in 2024 then by highest earnings in 2024. In the event of this is taken off the turf, it may be subject to downgrading upon review of the Graded Stakes Committee. Trophy to the Winning Owner.
