Non-winners of a stakes of $60,000 at one mile or over allowed 2 lbs.; such a race at any distance, 4 lbs. High weights preferred. Second preference will be given to those horses placed (second or third) in a Gr. stakes. Preference of horses with equal weights will be determined by earnings. (Earnings in claiming & starter races of $50,000 or less not considered). A trophy will be presented to the winning owner.
